semi-automated microfluidic platform capable of executing continuous
flow cell based assays. Together with Cellix's biochips and cell
analysis software, the VenaFluxTM measures cell adhesion to
antibody-coated or endothelial-cell cultured microcapillaries,
producing IC50 curves under shear stress conditions mimicking
physiological flow. The VenaFluxTM is simple to use, reduces costly
layers of animal model studies, and delivers specific, accurate, and
reproducible results. VenaFluxTM will give your research team
everything they need to execute continuous flow cell based assays and
get your drugs to market quicker.

Translational Research:
Bridges the gap between static well plate assays and in vivo animal models. Many of our customers use the VenaFluxTM Platform in parallel with:
- Animal models: blood samples from mice dosed with a lead compound can be analyzed in real time.
- Preclinical cell-based assays:Blood samples from healthy donor are treated ex vivo with lead compounds where such data can be extremely valuable at the preclinical stage and translated across to Phase I.
