The Microsoft WMB Woman in Technology Award is presented to a woman for innovation and leadership within the company. The award was created to recognise the immense importance of encouraging more women into careers in technology. For more information about the award, please click here.
Vivienne Williams, CEO was shortlisted for Microsoft WMB Woman in Technology Award having been nominated by Trinity College Dublin. She was one of three finalists selected. The other finalists included Judith Browne (Dell Ireland) and Siobhan King-Hughes (Sensormind). The winner was Judith Browne from Dell Ireland and everyone at Cellix would like to congratulate her!

The award ceremony took place in conjunction with WMB's annual conference at the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin. The even was officially opened by Joan Burton T.D., Minister for Social Protection and the line-up of speakers included Hillary Devey, Founder & CEO of Pall-Ex Group and one of the Dragon's on BBC's Dragon's Den and Dr. Maureen Gaffney, Psychologist, Broadcaster & Author.
