Nikon Microscopes

Cellix's products are compatible with a number of inverted microscopes including Nikon's Eclipse range:
For integration with Cellix's VenaFlux platform, from Nikon's range, we recommend the Eclipse Ti-U or Ti-S. 
 
Eclipse Ti-U
For demanding routine tasks, the Ti-U is a universal model with the potential for diverse laser illuminators and motorized components.  Features include:
  • Motorized laser TIRF illumination unit enabling alternate time-lapse recording between multi-wavelength TIRF and and epi-fluorescence images.
  • Photo-activation illumination unit allowing fluorescent time-lapse observation of dynamic events following photo activation or photo conversion
  • Four output imaging ports as standard and potential for motorized components.

Eclipse Ti-S
A more basic version of the Ti-U, the Ti-S can be dedicated to specific tasks.  Features include:
  • Two output imaging ports as standard.
  • Mechanical or motorized stage options available.

Eclipse TS100
A more basic version than the Ti-S, the TS100 is an excellent addition to any laboratory with key features including:
  • Optics providing flat, sharp and brilliantly clear images while achieving longer working distances and higher numerical apertures.
  • 22mm field of view, the widest in this class of microscope, the TS100 ensures clear images up to the periphery of the field of view even when using higher magnification objectives.
  • Improved phase contrast imaging using Nikon’s series of Apodized Phase Contrast objectives, allowing minute details within a specimen to be observed with excellent contrast and wider tonal ranges.
  • Epi-fluorescence attachment optional.
