Microfluidic SP Series
The Microfluidic SP Series was designed to provide the researcher with a complete solution to execute dynamic studies of cell adhesion under well-defined shear stresses. This series also includes the DucoCell Analysis Software which facilitates analysis of results in a fast and reliable manner.

- Biochip plastic is optically clear permitting detailed microscopy studies
- 0.05 to 20 dyne/cm2 shear stresses easily obtained and controlled by the Mirus 1.0 Nanopump.
- Shear stress may be preset to incrementally increase during an assay.
- Picolitre per minute to microlitre per minute volumetric flow rates.
- Nanolitre to microlitre volume assays.
- Fast and reliable cell analysis of morphological parameters such as area, diameter, ellipticity, eccentricity etc. with DucoCell Analysis Software.
- Statistical analysis incorporating automatic graph generation (e.g. cell adhesion vs. shear stress) easily exported to Excel spreadsheet.
